New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I knew it was going to happen, think it's a bit too soon though. You want to build up the number of fans that regretted not getting one first time around.
Agree

I don't blame them for doing it, given the space available and the success of the first ones, but feel like it would have been better to wait a few years at least.

They'll be selling off the new stadium seats at the end of each season next...

Completey agree, all you see is the ambulance chaser's name everywhere. At least at the main entrance it should say Everton Football Club in massive letters
The more I think of this the more I believe our managed decline of the last 30 years has come back to bite us.

You can bet your bottom dollar that if Everton were successful and still a giant, then our name would be emblazoned in giant letters and the sponsors would only be too delighted to be associated with the Mersey Millionaires.

However, the bitter truth after decades of Kenwrightism is that the sponsors do not want to be associated with Everton Football Club, those plucky, relegation-haunted, points-deducted purveyors of knives to gunfights.

They want to be associated with a magnificent stadium.

What we are seeing now is yet another consequence of "good times."

Perhaps it is too soon, however I do think they'll sell a decent portion of this new phase/plan, even if they do not compete it.

We have a stone on Everton Way, which I think was great value now it's in place, even if for the memory and sentiment. We're already considering another.

Even if we do not end up taking one, they've got us thinking about it, so I suspect there'll be many other blues who may want to opt for another.

As @PhilM has said likely it will be a phased development.

Be interesting to see how long it takes to finish the tracks. I expect they will just find another piece to dig up and sell when it is all done.

The fan wall feels a bit more temporary than a stone imo - not sure I fancy being part of some ex-players earlobe no matter how good they were.
I also personally think the fan wall isn't the greatest value for money. I looked at it was £45 minimum, with momentum costs kicking it up to £75+

This is all for a pretty tiny photo. Whilst our stone cost a fair bit more, it's personal in the sense we chose what's on it, quite large and easy to locate.

Ventured down the Upper East stand during half time at the Spurs game.

First time I've bothered, all the previous games just stayed down the South side. Proper depressing on the East side😂, like an empty underground car park, nowhere for people to rest food/drink, just a big empty space.

Think the club could make better use of the space, or even an outdoor area to overlook the plaza and some views across the city. No ques for toilets though, alot of fans still dont seem to realise theres more to the stadium than that east/south corner, always chocker😂
Totally agree with this, we are SE corner, block 214 but we meet there at half time as more space and easier for the loos but they could really do with some more food stalls and eBars or drinks areas, there is the through pass but that gets busy, huge area with not that many outlets. On Sunday I wanted a pint and ended up going past it to the eBars towards NW corner

I think a lot of this is because a lot of the people who sit in this area of the upper east have their own lounge in club view so the area below is sparser
