Quite simply has to change the line up. Rohl and Alcaraz should be starting, KDH is never a 10. Needs to bin off the OBrein right back experiment as well.

He thinks it's Joleon Lescott all over again. If there was a decent midway point between a dinosaur like Moyes and a younger risky coach like Hurzeler I'd be tempted because he is showing very little tactical acumen at the moment. However I don't know who we'd get in, the current ownership would probably ask what Howard Kendall's up to these days.

I agree entirely changes are needed.

But I’d rather start with the grossly out of form players like Tarkowski, Mykolenko & Gueye for starters!

The CM needs fresh ideas too, as that area isn’t working.

Both are of far higher importance than dropping Grealish or Ndiaye.

Ilm not talking about dropping both.

Ild play Ndiaye on the left and switch Grealish to a number 10 and get KDH on the bench.

Lescott was a miles better player than OBrien and was much more mobile and better on the ball. Even then he should have moved to CB earlier than he did where he became one of the best in the league then.

I know Moyes was a right back before he became a CB but OBrien isn’t a 17 year old trainee, he’s played CB for Palace and Lyon before and has had a whole season at Everton. Just drop Keane and play OBrien in the middle and get someone else at right back.
