Literally the club is on record stating there is transfer committee... Suggesting Moyes messed up transfer window is simply not the case.

I don't know how dense some people are regarding this. Moyes refused to work with a DOF so wanted the role scrapped. He came on the proviso that he would ultimately be in charge. The set up is pretty much the same as when he was last here. The only two people working with Moyes in the summer were Hammond who is responsible for negotiating transfer fees and wages and Kinnear who ultimately signs everything off from a finance perspective. That only leaves Moyes who can agree to sign individual players! Literally there is no one else who can make the final decision on a player. If Moyes didn't want any of the signings that were made in the summer they wouldn't be at the club. The rest of it is just PR from the club to try and look like its a new way of doing things.

Really is disgraceful that when you compare it to any other also ran in the Prem. Palace for example.

Yep Glasner is a very good manager. He has the sort of profile that we should be looking for as a club, he has consistently improved clubs beyond expected levels and won trophies into the bargain. Not that easy to find but it would help if we tried!

Literally no one has said that mate. People are forgetting that fans have watched Moyes for over 10 years as Everton manager and know the guy inside out. If he'd only managed us for the past 10 months then the Moyes's fan club might have some legitimate arguments about people's criticisms being unreasonable.

Yep I was there, the only thing that saved me from a really bad night was doing a pub crawl of York before the match.

Okay fair enough. We are in transition, i don't think anyone would argue that we aren't. The question is what we are transitioning to and how that transition is going to happen.

We've probably been the worse run club from the top over past 30 years. Basically Kenwright and Moshiri were both completely shocking owners. All things considered Thelwell and Purdy did an amazing job with the squad given the constraints they were working under. When you get a new ownership you hope to God they know what they are doing and want to get Everton back to challenging for the title. Getting Moyes back and agreeing to ditch the DOF role because he didn't want to work under it are to me backward steps and not the actions of owners who have a clear vision about how they can achieve success. Now it's all very well arguing that Moyes is going to steady the ship but if we don't get the recruitment right then all we'll have done is wasted a lot of money and a good few years.

Its like looking at some kind of puzzle, am I meant to try and put the right words in the right places, to make sense out of it..

Glasner has not been a long-term manager anywhere. He is just the latest in a long line of flavour of the month coaches.

Well, he's won a European trophy and an FA cup. Which, if I'm correct, is one more trophy than David Moyes despite being a, what did you call it, a flavour of the month coach. Considering his lowly status, the fact he has a superior record must be a little embarrassing to such a titan of the game such as David Moyes. No?
