probably about 5 minutes before he signs for the RS on January 1st...........How long before he's known as injury prone?
This shopping list is starting to get as big as it was in the summerSo new CB on the shopping list then. A first 11 quality one too. He will be back eventually but will have missed a lot of football, and very much now can be classed as fragile until he proves otherwise. 3 fit CBs, one of whom is our starting RB is awful. I really like Garner at RB, and we do have plenty of midfield options now, so we can cope, but the re-jigging required now if Keane gets a stomach upset is quite significant.
We’ve done ok without him so far, but it’s just another area on the pitch where the squad is paper thin again. Whack-a-mole.
I’ve been impressed with Keane this season, and I’ll admit I was one of many who wasn’t best pleased to see he was staying for another season. Tarkowski has been more inconsistent and error prone than Keane so far.Laughable that everyone said it was sound to give Keane a new contract because he was 4th choice.
I wasn’t a massive fan of the decision , nor am I of the player but it’s tough to overly criticise him this year .Laughable that everyone said it was sound to give Keane a new contract because he was 4th choice.
Not sure why this is funny, and good that we did.Laughable that everyone said it was sound to give Keane a new contract because he was 4th choice.
Poor lad probably finished, wish him well with recovery.
Are other clubs losing as many of their most important players to career wrecking injury issues as us? It feels like we get more than our fair share... Medical team no good?
Same, I've been very surprised by how reliable he's been this season so far.I wasn’t a massive fan of the decision , nor am I of the player but it’s tough to overly criticise him this year .
All signs point towards it sadly. It's really disappointing that he's injured and, obviously, it's a worry how recurrent this has become but some of the hyperbole about him being finished is a bit premature.
