When did we find the answers to everything? When did we become so wise? I see vans and lorries when I'm out and about where the occupants are offering "Solutions" to almost anything;

I didn't know there were so many problems with these things or even if there was anything wrong with them in the first place? And then we have "Specialists"... We're in a mess, aren't we?
