2025/26 Jack Grealish

I don't know what this means, but I am intrigued.

Mgw has 1 assist in the pl...and he keeps his place for a terrible forest side...Anderson is a decent talent, and has probably be their best player this season...not mgw

It’s 7 games old! MGW got 10 assists and 7 goals last season, he hasn’t suddenly turned useless. He doesn’t even play in the same position as Grealish, so no idea what you are on about.

Much as i love what he’s done for us, £20m and in all likelihood at least £150k / week for 3+ years feels a bit of a mistake to me 🤷‍♂️.

Not sure about his injury record so maybe he can perform at the same level at 33 but feels risky.
I guess he’s not reliant on out and out pace so that’s plus in so much as he wouldn’t lose pace as a key facet of his performance.

I don't think it's his top end pace per se which would concern me, more his acceleration off the mark as he's still able to get away from full backs with his standing start acceleration. He's been brilliant, but there's definitely going to need to be a sensible conversation had about what Grealish would want in terms of length of deal and wages.
