He is direct as heck. I don't count that as a bad thing but there are many managers that do. Maybe he would be the better option but I am not against Dib getting a look. It could have been worse.

That's something one would try when on top of a game sometime imo mate. Alcaraz could be great today on the break if we sit deeper to prevent JOB get ripped to shreds again.
