Try the lad as an outright 9 Centre Forward in a straight 343 keeping the game more on the floor than just high punts. Can't be any worse than we have. Too good a player to leave on the bench in the squad we have at the moment.

Said that as well..he knows where the net is and he certainly has a bit of cahill's late run into the box to get a good header, about him.

I want to believe it was just about Moyes wanting to see more of him, and than a contract extention would be offered.
