2025/26 Tyler Dibling

Dibling is ready to play. He had a whole season at Southampton, he was brilliant in both games v Liverpool, was a massive problem for us and had Southampton valuing him at 100 mill and their best ever youth product. He gets to bottom half Everton and all of a sudden is only good enough for cameos here and there needs to be eased in?

We’ve scored 2 goals in 4 games, Dibling should have seen more game time.
I don't think he had much of a pre-season due to an injury so is playing catch up. Think he is up to fitness now but the question is who to drop and where to fit him in. I think he will be a regular sooner rather than later if Moyes is willing to switch around

The issue is that to get him in the team, you need to drop one of KDH, Ndiaye or Grealish (arguably our three best outfield players). That being the case, I'll be pretty disappointed if someone like Iroegbunum starts on Sunday with KDH being suspended

You only have to drop one of them of you persevere with Beto up front, swap Beto for Jack or Illy, the. Dibling can be accommodated.

You move KDH out of his unnatural 10 position to his natural position further back. Problem solved, no one needs to be dropped.

I'd play N'Diaye on the left, Grealish as the 10 and Dibling on the right this weekend but I suspect we'll see Grealish on the left N'Diaye on the right and Dibling on the bench. I assume Iroegbunam will come in for KDH but I suppose there is a slim chance he plays Alcaraz there.
He won't play Iroegbunam at 10. He almost went out on loan in the summer and is here as emergency cm cover. Dibling or Alcaraz will come in.

This is what Moyes should be doing, I like Gana but he is very one dimensional typically despite scoring a goal recently. I think kdh and Garner could share defensive duties while allowing either alacarez or ndiaye play at the ten while dibling is on the wing
