I see him as a player that's very isolated rather than disinterested.

He needs a bit of help from the players, Moyes and the fans. We need to get behind him and Moyes needs to play him with our better players rather than our B side.

And look what happened to him. Let's just give the kid a chance. Unless he starts games on a regular basis and learns what the PL is like he will never improve. Beto has had his chance but he is clearly limited whereas Barry may, at his age, need a bit more time.

As a fanbase we are very impatient and unforgiving of new, young players and that's what can destroy them before they have even started.

I think we are desperately trying to chase the RS when we should just be concentrating on developing ourselves.

At the end of the day, we didnt need to be signing a project striker like Barry. Not his fault, nor Moyes (i think TFG bought Barry, like they did Dibling)..

We needed a current and experienced Premier League striker, like Moyes wanted Delap.

Our owners are the ones to blame IMO..

Well apparently Delap nearly did..

Even a few of the older strikers that were on freebies could have worked or even Mitrovic!

Id have taken Vardy too for a year.. There were plenty of temporary stop gap strikers that had the experience!

I think it's 100% fair to both say

1. He looks absolutely garbage at the moment and a gigantic waste of money

and

2. He might have potential to develop into a good player

Everton FC is not the club that can afford to wait around for a £30m signing to turn into a top player when there is nobody else currently better than him in the squad.

Therefore, awful signing.

Mitrovic is on silly money and Vardy is nearly 40 so not great suggestions
