If the owner's at the stadium and has a meeting with him you'd think they would put something out to keep the fans informed, backing him or sacking him, it's the fans I feel for in all this, Martin knows the score and risks involved in football management and will be handsomely rewarded any which way.
Someone else will also be daft enough to employ him, that's the way it goes.

I cant see it going to Christmas though.

If they lose today he'll be toast.

I think Cavenagh has probably told him if he can get some wins together he stays, if not he's toast.

Their lack of communication with the support is a worry tbh, but paying him off won't be what's holding them back, more to do with publicly admitting to the almighty feck-up they've made of the appointments to run the club and the team.
They will know that this is only going one way, can only assume that Cavenagh/49ers will be in the process of having replacements in place before pulling the trigger on this shambles.

He might be this time round although he'll probably tell them to do one now, Dyche it is then.

I cant see Dyche going there.

Dyche's skillset is to operate in a tough league and save a team struggling in it from relegation.

rangers are in no danger of that and they need a manager who can get at teams and score a lot of goals. Dyche isn't that.

They really could do with getting Stevie GBH back, but Ilm not sure that'll be possible.

They're better off trying to get McInnes interested in the job.

Stevie G might go back if there's a smell of big money for him there as he's a greedy B.
McInness, credit to him had the balls to knock them back before when the time wasn't right and he's deffo not going to throw it all away at Hearts to take on the cauldron of Rangers at this moment in time (Though he would be ideal)
Who knows though nothing surprises me in football.

Apparently Gerrard - unlike the summer - is clear to be able to take up another job now.

No idea if that's true, but if it is I can imagine a feller with the ego the size of a small planet - and if, as you say, he's well remunerated for it - to want that rangers job.
