Well at the end of the day no matter what happens, he knows he's going back to the lovely Lucy!...well he looks like Che...and he might have the last laugh...

Hoping he gets the dunt before then and Peter steps up and galvanises them. Changing the formation like he did today is too little too late.Another shocker for the dandies.
Surprised he's lasted.
European football this week coming, stick or twist before a ball kicked in anger?

They need new owners I think is the fans' conclusion.Watched very brief highlights of Celtic View Hibs last night, please someone correct me if I'm wrong but it looked like a bombardment of the Hibs goal but Hibs defended brilliantly the goalie pulling off some great saves.
Celtic badly need a goalscorer as they're struggling to win games atm and if Rangers weren't so poor there'd be riots at Parkhead.
Well done Hearts now clear at the top, I hope they can keep a challenge going and make things interesting.
Looks like Cavenagh's gone back to the U.S. after intense discussions with the manager, Thelwell and Stewart.Well at the end of the day no matter what happens, he knows he's going back to the lovely Lucy!

Sounds like Hearts have similar luck in those situations that Everton would have.Last year when Hearts were down the bottom of the Scottish domestic league, we entered into the newly formatted six-game UEFA Conference League.
We were told that seven points would likely be enough to qualify. We actually won our first two games and were joint-top of the table along with Chelsea. At that stage, we were given a 95% chance of qualification to the next round.
Hearts then lost our next three games. But in the last game, we played a bunch of part-time farmers from Moldova. We could only draw the match, and that left us on seven points along with four other times.
So five teams with seven points. Four of the teams did qualify for the play off round.
One didnt.

Apparently he's handed Martin until Christmas to turn this around.
At least you now have certainty and a bit of stability.

Speaking to a Rangers daft sth in the local on Saturday night, he reckoned the word on the street ( Yeah I know) is that if Martin is sacked within 6 months of the start of his employment then he'll get the 3 years of his contract paid, thei payoff is significantly reduced thereafter, if true it would fall in line with what you've heard and more ikely to be Christmas/New Year before he's punted.Looks like Cavenagh's gone back to the U.S. after intense discussions with the manager, Thelwell and Stewart.

If the owner's at the stadium and has a meeting with him you'd think they would put something out to keep the fans informed, backing him or sacking him, it's the fans I feel for in all this, Martin knows the score and risks involved in football management and will be handsomely rewarded any which way. He'll be gone by next week dave!
