A no win situation

They
Good to see Newcastle going out with a strong team and 2-0 up after 20 mins…. Another goal and they can then make some subs at half time.

Moyes take note
They played Saturday then Wednesday. We played Tuesday and that will have been a factor for the older players. More chance of a needless injury with only 3 days between games.

Maybe this is why we throw cup games and are happy just not to be in the bottom 3, no European games that way, therefor no fixture congestion, this limits the amount of games where we have to rest players... Good thinking Everton.

Do you really think that FKN will be happy with 10th place ?
I think with the squad we have now we should be finishing in the lower european places especially when we have Branthwaite back
I think that 10th would be round abouts where we'll be , our strikers are isolated and clueless ,our attacking play is scruffy and stuttery (if that's a word ) and our best players can be too greedy, therefore we lose possession too easily ,something needs to change up top.. so yeah about 10th

No European games or Cup games...squad will be downright sleepy from all of this rest.

I don’t get the ‘what if Grealish got injured argument.

What if he got injured v RS and missed Wham game, one we’re more likely to win? Same rubbish argument.

I was lucky enough that the last trophy we won I was 18. I watched it in a boozer that was packed with United fans. I want to see us win again and we won’t do that dropping our best players.

I didn’t hate the line up personally. I think the players that came in really let Moyes down. They ranged from diabolical (McNeil, Travers) to mediocre (Dibling). I think the manager would have expected better.
Exactly, I seen plenty of fans asking for Dibling and Alcaraz to start. He can’t play Ndiaye and Grealish every game, they are two players who kicked more than anyone.

Seeing "58 toffees" liking posts in here has made me realise there's a prime opportunity for someone to make an account called "546,789 others" and make every post they react to look ridiculously popular.

I think we have a shot of finishing top eight and getting Europe.

Dibling will get his chance, and I think he will be a very good player this season. Bowen didn’t go straight in at West Ham either under Moyes, but won his place and helped raise the standard of the team.
