There are still plenty of seats which are visible and the club is under no obligation to open all sections of the ground anyway. Surely there is enough seating for anyone wishing to purchase a ticket for the friendly, which will probably attract a smaller crowd than a WSL match.

Looks like the offer to ST holders to buy their seat didn`t go down that well. You`d think that they`ll have any areas where the odd seat here or there have been removed from would have the gaps left replaced before the first game of the season.
