I think that’s a good portion of the funds gone if these 2 come in. Perhaps a few loans after that..

Yes we’ve pivoted to KDH apparently and have zero budget for him if they both sign

If its true that we are still interested in Grealish then I dont see how we would also then sign Mcatee. Although obviously things could change if we don't sign Dibling.

He is but he is very forward minded if you look at his numbers, don't expect him to sit on the halfway line defending and breaking up play as that just isn't his game (a quick look at his defensive numbers will tell you its not a strong point) Dyche took the good from Garners game by making him into a defensive midfielder, lets not do it again and tbh I don't expect it from Moyes as he is generally more tactically aware

I don’t think they are like for like, but I think McAtee was viewed as flexible between wide and central midfield. I think KDH is a better fit in the 8, next to Gana like you said. But he’s not primarily a defensive mid.
