Wolves in for a RB too today. Nothing to go on at all, but the longer this goes on without any links ourselves, the more I think they are looking for a player that can play RB but cover another position too adequately.

Tbh I hadn't even given their squad a cursory glance before I posted or since the season ended. Someone was bound to pop up at some point and say it anyway about the RB.

Upon reflection They've signed a couple and lost Cunha and they haven't got our Jarrad at the back, so a faIrly weak defence they have overall, so take your point.

I can see him going to Brentford or possibly Palace when Guehi moves (Liverpool reportedly after him). I think he’d be fantastic for us. Fast, tricky, goes past defenders either way, a proper bundle of energy.

Their midfield is much stronger than ours. We were linked with Andre some time ago, and him and Gomes are both very good.

Really? Not a lot in today's market but maybe proving somewhat that we don't see a priority as a club that the fanbase do for RB.

They won't do it this summer, but if we are going to ask Jake to play there, we ideally do not have MK as 3rd choice CB, we need the 5th one in that would actually be 3rd choice ahead of MK if either Tarky isn't fit or Branthwaite is injured (he does pick up niggles)

A 4th choice at another club to be 3rd choice CB here, is that an easier deal to do for us than 1st choice RB later in the window?

Personally iI don't get too excited about many transfers or rumours for that matter. The RB observation was simply that.

I am pretty much glass half full in my outlook and posted earlier about the owners strategy for the club and the team in general. I am pretty positive about our future beyind this window but know many right at this moment are not.

He was the creative player in a 3 at Forest, ever since he has been here he has been shoved in a 2 and made too play as a defensive midfielder which isn't his game imo.

Gana constantly runs out of position leaves gaps everywhere in our midfield that the opposition exploit. Leaving garner to try to cover two positions while our midfield is over run.

But garner is crap and gana is gods gift apparently. I mean if you watch toffeetv youd think gana is literally the best cm in the league the way they tongue his hoop.

Personally I dont think that either of them are good enough for where we want to be but the way people talk about garner youd think he couldn't tie his own shoe laces and scores an own goal every game.
