I used to live up near there in the 1980s - I would imagine all he areas around there have declined ... I was in the posh part of the Ribble Valley Whalley /Clitheroe for a few years - I could see HK training Blackburn FC ...

Got a good mate who lives in Whalley, really nice place and the area surrounding it is beautiful - Forest of Bowland.
