I thought that, but various sources online suggest it's about £150k a week, so likely about £30k more than our top earners. Absolutely brilliant player, but we shouldn't be destroying our wage structure just yet.

Given the clubs looking at him, I would be surprised if he was asking for the same wage wherever he went. I imagine he could fit at the upper end of our structure. Think he could be a exactly the type of player we need personally and £12m is nothing these days
