Part of me is a little bit worried that the atmosphere will take take to settle at BMD. People have sat around the same people for years. Are people going to be a bit reserved sitting around new people they’ve never met?

Doesn't bother me who I'm going to be sitting next to at BMD, I'll still sing & shout etc, love it.

The fans creating a atmosphere in all stadiums vanished when all seater stadiums arrived - IMO - with computerisation some standing terraces should be allowed behind the goals at least ?

One reason the aways are better is because you're by different groups of people each time. When it's the same people it goes a bit stale. Always better when it was unreserved seating. We should do that here.

I think it certainly impacted it but although we’ve had some dire football and flat atmospheres we’ve also had the stadium rocking a few times over the last couple of years .

Goodison was a fantastic stadia in its day - if you think it rocked sitting down - I went when average attendances were 50.000 plus - it was a bear pit of a place - when you put your hands in your pockets & could not get them out etc - I don't expect it to ever come back but with computerisation a safe amount of fans should be able to stand in comfort -

Lets face it the team that caused it all stand in the KOP end every game now !

Safety must be a priority but seats removed in a area behind each goal could be achieved in a safe manner - plus what should be out lawed is away fans pay the same as home fans for the same game .....

The days when you could travel away on a whim & choose what part of the ground you wanted to gather are gone - to be shoe horned into an obscure crap seating space with a poor view does not add to the atmosphere one bit - rival fans behind each away end did -

From what Joey has said there was always someone leading chants in past in old street end, whether people like it. I think that's the only way it could work. Everyone knew where chants would start at GP.

Virtually all of the north stand is made up of members so it’ll be different people every game. I think it could go either way. Away fans are more singy just by their nature. We’ll have to see.
