Rumors don't mean anything, actual signings do, no club owes leaked rumors to the fanbase to satiate the jumpy hyperbolic faction. Even if concrete rumors emerged of a signing happened tomorrow those same jittery fearmongers would be still freaking out about when the second signing is set to occur or griping about the lack of the quality with the one who was just signed . I will judge the club on transfers when the window closes, instead of hyperventilating every day.

From what Moyes alluded to during interviews ,they plan to completely fill the domestic and international loan slots, so that's 4 players right there

That could be 6 international loans with 0 domestic loans.

PL rules say that you can have no more than 2 domestic loans though. So if we had 2 domestic, max of 4 international. Or could do 1 domestic and 5 international.

I swore forest had 5 players on loan overall a couple seasons ago in the EPL but I'm too lazy to look it up again

Under 21 players sometimes arent "included" in these restrictions.

But ive tried a few times and I cant get a cast iron, in plain English version of the current loan rules, so as above, im no doubt wrong.
