For the love of God Dave you one man whinging machine, you need a proper organizational structure for recruitment to be effective. The head scout who worked in conjunction with Moyes during his first tenure at Everton is going to be back, he probably played a role in identifying and recruiting your favorite player Leighton baines. All these individuals set for positions have extensive cvs that you can research and see they have proper credentials. Some of the things you say have no logic attached to the statements, yes Dave , cox who ran the academy that has produced notable players for years is the reason the club has declined not the glazers or ineos or the inept managers. You sound like those nitwits who get upset when we look at a quality player from a relegated team.

I dont but certainly can help improve things same with the others ofc this window will give us ideas how they will be. But is mainly the season after eill get to see what players scouting ect, the academy is one will always take time but hopefully we can start getting young talent in who at us have a better chance of progressing than a city ect.

We will be this deadline for psr is june the 30th after that the club will be busy. Will say the club should be talking to free agents atleast to help fill up the squad like the lads linked at fb.

Due to psr we can't sign players until July , maybe go for walk ,watch a movie talk to another human being in real life instead of fretting
