Some fella called McAtee just got an assist for England under 21’s. Might be worth a look.
Let’s sign Adama Traore then, if all you need is pace. No end product needed, even if McNeil is one of the few who doesn’t crap himself when he has to make the right pass or shoot.
People remember the Pienaar's, Arteta's and Yakubu's but forget about the Stracqualursi's, Drenthe's and Kroldrup's.
Brighton just spent 30m on a 18yr old striker, so looks like Ferguson will be on his way out...No thanks on Evan Ferguson. When he first came through yes please but not anymore. Rumours he loves the off field life more than the on field life these days.
The forum keeps going in circles. People thinking he is going to be the next big thing and it getting pointed out how barring a handful of games he has played he really isn’t very good.I
Must be missing something with Evan Ferguson
I don’t see it at all
this is such an odd piece of reasoning. Like, surely that’s still a positive thing? To be have someone who makes us dangerous from set pieces?Take McNeil of set pieces and hes got nothing
He found a haaland and got overruled despite having him in the buildingI hoped Steve Walsh would find another Mahrez, Kante and Vardy in Italy that time.
It’s the hope that kills ya.
McNeil without set pieces got 4 goals and 4 assists last season.Right pass??? He makes 1.1 key passes a game. He created 12 big chances last season and guess where most of them came from. Lindstrom created 6 big chances and wasn't on set pieces, played less minutes and was played out of position.
Take McNeil of set pieces and hes got nothing.
Is this were some of our fans are as a club now? Making out like dross like McNeil is good... madness!
Brighton love to get big money for players so it's a warning sign for me if they're happy to let people like Ferguson go.Brighton just spent 30m on a 18yr old striker, so looks like Ferguson will be on his way out...
If it’s not his off field issues then it must be his talent bc he’s been worthless for a while now. One start at west ham and subbed off at half.doesnt have talent when he was banging in goals in the prem at 18?
Definitely has a more professional feel about it and James Smith is a massive coup for Everton, I think that will turn heads within football, but unfortunately he wont be involved in this transfer window as he will have a period of leave from City, rumoured to be 3 months which will put us in mid September.Forget all the players supposedly "linked," "tipped," and of which Everton are "aware." Let's take a moment to feel hopeful about this:
Everything points to an ambitious team with a record of finding quality talent for real value, both as players for the club and as future sales. They were unlikely to make moves during the first short window, especially while still assembling the team that would make things happen, but this leadership team should inspire some confidence. I think the only position left is football operations.
