No, it’s completely acceptable to call out someone who is clearly a moron. The fact you can’t see the difference between insulting someone’s lack of basic intelligence with making a joke about the death of 6 million Jews is pretty damning for you. I didn’t judge him harshly. I said the joke was unacceptable and he should know better. I’m helping him. If he goes into his workplace and says something like that he could be sacked or if he says it in front of decent respectable people they will take offence and may not want to be around him. I judge you way more harshly because you are clearly an ignorant melt.

You are aware I've studied the holocaust at length? It's a subject dear to my heart. I know the reasons for it and the suffering involved. I just take umbrage with anyone who gets on their high horse when morally judging another as its not our place to make judgement. You're entitled to be offended but you don't need to go on your soapbox about it
