We see like we're close to Alcaraz and Gueye.

To be fair the window isn’t actually open yet and none of our new recruitment team have officially got to work/been announced yet so we have no idea of their ability to close deals. I do agree though, we need to move quickly and ideally have 3/4 through the door by the end of June so they can be bedded in during pre season.

We need a strong start of the season...this means having essentially our starting 11 well before the seasons starts...right now we are not remotely close to our starting 11...the right winger has to be in for start of pre season as our new right back. We need to stop having to wait until deadline day to get the squad together. There are no excuses this year. Yes I am expecting us to be busy later in the window and perhaps even on deadline day, but this should be for opportunities in improving the squad depth.

Always liked him and he's a decent goalscorer, question marks over his fitness suggests this is an idle link because of the Roma connection

Still only 27, scored goals wherever he’s been. Big question on fitness after his acl but that could work in our favour price wise.

Seem to remember him getting a brace against Roma whilst on loan for AC Milan earlier this season. Him, Beto and Chermiti would be decent (for where we are currently as a club) and would allow us to focus on adding goals from midfield and the right hand side.

Deffo an improvement on DCL imo.

So far nothing has been confirmed, so nothing has been done. We should be accountable for the work that we delivered, not we try our best but we have nothing to answer for it. What matters is the actual signings, not the work to get those done. Season has finished for a week and yet we are still to announce 2 of the easiest deals we'll do this summer in alcaraz and gueye.
