Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I reckon a loan for Ferguson with an option for something like 20m would be good business.
Seen a good bit of him (right back to 14 playing for Bohs). Took an interest as he grew up a few miles from where I did.
Get him away from the south coast/london and see what Moyes (and Coleman) could do with him,.
There's a player there somewhere!
If he'd have shown any sort of form in his loan to West Han then I'd have said this was an option, but I'm not sure he even got a game for them. If he did then he certainly didn't produce anything. Better options out there for me.

I thought Ferguson might have been a decent loan option in January. I was obviously wrong.

Something is clearly not right there. He needs to drop down a level and work a lot harder.

I'm all for taking a chance if it's cheap but he hasn't taken his at West Ham. I don't see what would be different here.

This is the one we were linked with in Dec/Jan. Looks absolutely fantastic on youtube, exciting Brazilian full back who just made his full international debut not long ago.

He's an absolute rocket down the right.

Being tentatively linked with Man City for around £30m.

Definitely on the steep side but if he’s playing for us then Carlo will definitely have him as Brazil’s starting right back. The new Cafu for £30m? I wouldn’t say no. Could transform the way we play.

I’m not sure Tark would be able to cover him bombing forward the way Branthwaite does on the left though

Stay away from Ferguson...weve had our fill of injured donkeys
Agree.

I was on the fence with the Delap chap, as I watched him in the two matches we played against Ipswich and I thought he was bang average, even marginally below, so not losing any sleep over him going to Chelsea.

We will find better value than him, I trust this team of Moyes, the Scouts and the Friedkin's, than I did with Dyche/Moshiri/Kenwright.

He and Alcaraz would add a lot of excitement in our 11 next season.

Add in a right sided player like Cherki with a bit of flair and we may become fun to watch :o

Cherki being heavily linked with City in the past few days, don’t think he’ll be rocking up at the Hill Dickinson this summer unfortunately

I see the Irish lads on here are going all in on Ferguson. 6 goals in two seasons and a reputation for an, erm, recreational social life. Brighton don't usually sell their young lads cheap either. At least he isn't interested in fashion, eh lads?
Apparently he loves the lifestyle and likes going out and enjoying himself
