I don’t really get that. Most premier league players have an ego, but you have to have respect for your team mates, the manager and the club.
Moyes has managed plenty of players with big ego’s. Rooney, Ferguson, Cahill, Fellini, etc. What he won’t put up with are players who are disrespectful, Lescott, Drenthe, Ginola, these players get moved on.

Can't see any world Moyes okays this. The guy does less than zero defensive work. Like you'd have to build a whole gameplan around having 1 less player on the pitch for any defensive tactic.
