I guess it's down to the new owners to give them something to be excited about. Watching largely crap players for three decades doesn't inspire fans to scream and shout with enthusiasm except for when they're feeling hard done by.

Not sure where you were sitting, however where we sit (well now, sadly, have sat) in the Gwladys it was excellent: singing all before the game, during and after.
Get off.Really? I thought the atmosphere was terrible again. It's a massive concern for how bad the crowd is with the new stadium in mind.
Get off.
Fair enough mate. FWIW, from the clips I’ve seen it all does look a bit cringe. I’m of the humble opinion that just keeping the place open for a couple of hours and letting the fans sing their hearts out would have sufficed, tbh. Any attempt at structured entertainment was always gonna fall flat because we don’t have the budget for the kind of extravaganza that people would deem worthy. It could have been better at the end and Tony Bellew was not good enough IMHO regardless of our Latin motto.
You have your opinion and others have theirs so why not just leave it at that.
You’d think Paul McCartney would play a free gig!Fair enough mate. FWIW, from the clips I’ve seen it all does look a bit cringe. Sounded pretty revved up today. And very few modern grounds are genuinely loud all the time.Just an honest opinion. I managed to get back to two games this season and the atmosphere was terrible in those games too. I really hope it improves next season. We need to play our part in pushing this team forward.
It was like power. Raw, unlimited power.Sounded pretty revved up today. And very few modern grounds are genuinely loud all the time.
He got called a 'C you next Tuesday' on the way into the ground, quite loudly.I know we're not Kopites but I would have forgiven anyone today who give that Richard Masters a mouthful.
Arrogant get, imagine him turning up at Goodison
Absolute cracker it was too. Really felt it was going to be a Southampton player would score the last Goodison goal though. Was sick from the 80th minute watching it. Was utter relief when the ref blew for full time. Pickford and as faith would have it one of the Goodison's posts kept them from doing just thatEnciso the last man to score a goal at the Gwladys Street then.
