Sunderland: would you like them back in the Premier league?

Woukd it be good to see the Mackens back in the Prem?

Treated Barrow extremely well when we went up there in the FA Cup, as a non league team. Always had a soft spot for them after that.

But after Coventry's struggles only wish them for good things, as well. Either one coming up will be a good story.

Really like Sunderland fans, good away day to. You can have a beer around most of the town center usually without any hastle, unlike the bellwhiff horse punchers up the road.
And in a deprived area the fans are generally sound and not up there own hoops, sniffing their farts with delusions of grandeur, like they're neighbours the geordie redshoites.

Pretty much had a crap time but have still turned up behind the team in numbers, like ourselves.

And will never forget little Bradley Lowery...

Nowt wrong with the Mackems. They have a much lesser sense of self-importance to them than the Barcodes. A lot like us, really.
They now stick the away fans up in the upper tier, well away from the pitch, very like the barcodes do. Not sure when they started doing this. They had us behind the opposite goal when I was there a couple of times.

If they come up and boil the Geordies piss. I’m all for it. However- choosing mackens or tories is a hard decision.

Hope they come back up, because of Jordan and the barcodes can have a derby to look forward to (and have less time to force this imaginary rivalry upon us)

Not long after we played them in the cup and had the whole end. They said it was like we were at home. They then changed the away fans up in the corner.
What a difference for the away supporters at BMD , don’t think the club could have sited them in a better position.
