Incredible how little a full back in the modern game can offer against a team like Ipswich at home. We aren't blessed with great attacking talent, but it's so difficult for them when they have such little support from the likes of Mykolenko.

I don’t know. He’s not great but he’s held his own many times this season against the best. And I’ve seen improvement. If he stays, it’s not the worst for us. We have higher needs than him, especially up front.

Always crosses the ball ‘into an area’ rather than actually looking at picking out a man. It’s why he never gets assists.

Doesnt matter who it is, if you have a player like that you tell the attackers which areas to go into when he has the ball.
