As I rose from my slumber this morning I recalled a part /scene from a TV series and it came to mind that the word -here -could possibly be pronounced in twenty or more different ways an could actually tell us the dialect . E.G. in the lovely pool it is pronounced EEe in manchester it is EEo in well off circles it is more Hair .I will leave that on your lips whilst I imbibe from the hour of tswelvaclokkkk .

Morning everyone,

Yet another gorgeous sunny day on the Costa del Lancs. I wonder how long it will be before we get water rationing and a hosepipe ban ?

Returned to table tennis practice last night on the hottest day of the year! Yeah I thought it was sensible too . Coach thought he'd have a laugh because when I was absolutely knackered he got England No1 under 10 to practice with me. The kid is absolutely unbelievable, his talent is amazing but it's mentally where he is the best I've ever seen even celebrating every point won ( in practice!) with a fist pump and loud shout of "choi".

Feeling it this morning but I will be back in the gym in an hour for a cardio session . I've upped the intensity and ratio of my training to try to lose my love handles before we go island hopping in Greece next month . Also cut down on snacking and alcohol ( which will probably have more effect).

Granny got good test results from her blood and urine tests this week so fingers crossed for the next few months.
