Nauseating......just stay off the TV, radio or social media for a week or so my friends.

I dunno play a record , CD , read a book , do some gardening or even , shock horror, have a conversation with someone.

So pleased that I no longer work in the city , at least I can avoid the worst of it.

Fortunately most of us now live outside Liverpool too.

Honestly it makes me want to puke.

Hello everybody. I've successfully managed to avoid Sky Sports News and BBC Sport today. I've been gardening, I went with Charlotte for Frankie's heel prick appointment- she isn't allowed to drive yet. He was so good, he didn't cry, and Mr F and I also built the garden furniture- we remain married!
Tomorrow I'm going to try and fit in a visit to the gym but I've lost several pounds in the last seven days due to the amount of manual labour I've engaged in.

Absolutely sick of it all. To escape we went up to the Dales today and had a picnic.
Well done on keeping your marriage going @anjelikaferrett , me and Mr P have been amazing life partners but when it comes to DIY, flat pack furniture or similar we absolutely hate each other and inevitably end up falling out. Trouble is he’s a get stuck straight in kind of bloke who doesn’t read instructions and I’m a meticulous planner. Plus he’s always right and I’m never wrong - a recipe for disaster.
The attached made me laugh.

During the whole of our 53 years marriage Kay has never even attempted to help me put any flatpack furniture together. Trust me, it’s a recipe for success……,,

A very good morning to all on this ominous day here .I hope all slept well and had a good night ,my heart goes out to Pete as I know it excludes him and Kay .
I never wilt under pressure but @peteblue and @Ducans elbow are piling it on a bit ,why can't they be like @Armaghtoffee and just accept my greeting for what it is -A no obligation gesture of goodwill -now I cannot sleep as well as I am worrying about forgetting to post .

I did laugh at the blue flares so I went on YT the guy there said he had prepared 10,000 ! I hope not .Wasn' t it great to see ? Imagine the fume . As a life long Joiner I have a confession to make ------I end up with bits over when I do flat pack ---I also worked for a kitchen company using flat pack units and still made the odd mistake ,so don't be downhearted guys it happens to us all.
