re the out of contract players

The one that seems obvious to sort is Gana, he's made noises he wants to sign, he's a key player in the squad and arguably playing his best ever football for us, certainly in his second spell

Why is there a delay? Is it because there's a good spirit in the camp and they dont want to say offer Gana one, but leave out the likes of Doucoure, Virginia, Young, Coleman etc where they might get a deal but it's not certain. And they don't want to cause any friction whilst the squad is performing well and there's a god morale in camp.

Seems like the Souček links just aren’t going away… I’m not too opposed as I think he’s an upgrade on most of our midfield and has a goal in him so think he’d be a good signing at the right price. The trouble is WHU will likely want £20m+ and he’ll ask for at least £100k p/w, we’ve got to move away from those kinds of deals to progress.

Thirty is too old.

Any player we sign should not preferably be older than 25.

The ceiling should be 27.
