So, is the combined mental strength of GOT in favour of Lord Ginger taking us forward? Genuine question.
I'd like to see a full Moyes side furnished with a Lukaku quality striker over at least a couple of seasons. Saha was well past his prime when he was here, Yakubu snapped his achilles, lets give the manager the tools and see how far he can push us. A sufficient quality striker covers up a lot of sins further back in the team.

For now yes, for sure.

We all know his limitations, but currently we are a club that MIGHT benefit from a manager like Moyes.

Hes certainly got us playing well at times and if we give him a few players to work with, well who knows.
Also got to ride the momentum currently the league standings form since he took over , we are fifth , he's only lost twice so far and been pretty successful with a squad everyone claimed was wretched, he's earned the right to go forward with the club in my opinion

Mate we were an utter mess.

We gave him 1m to spend to fight for 4th.

Thats not to say he wouldnt have gone anyway, you dont turn down Madrid.
I agree, I don’t blame him at all for leaving. Apart from us fans who wouldn’t do the same. But I just don’t think he’s an option for us moving forwards.

He’ll not wash up in these parts again I’d wager. He’s deffo under pressure at Madrid, which is bonkers, but can see him retiring or going back to Italy to finish off his career.

Anyway, Moyes is doing a great job.
