Like I said if there was ever a time to break into the first team the past 3 seasons has been that time.

Listen it's just my opinion on Vaughan mate,and I feel like if he'd have shown the people above him enough result with his work he'd have been retained and he hasn't,Which leads me to believe he was a classic Kenwright era mindset jobs for the boys appointment.

Agree with you as well the quality of players in the youth system, loans everything we have really gone back with it. Dont think was a bad idea getting vaughan back because did have experience at tranmere. Just think like scouting for the first team we need to freshen up and if we can get better we should

Because alot of his work will behind the scenes would be how he is talking to youth team players clubs and more. Is a hard job to judge yes will be doen to how many sucessful loans but becuse of lack of investment in the youth team is hard to say and show what quality we have got and what other teams want them
