Sandhills station

I saw this report in the "i" newspaper on Sandhills.

Whenever I go to Goodison I always get off at Kirkdale so that situation and Bank Hall are still within 15 minutes walk although I appreciate not everyone can or wants to walk that distance to the game.

Before you even get to Sandhills you have two main roads so I assume there's a decent number of buses on those routes?

Late finishing evening games going to be a problem but I assume Saturday will be o.k as it's only another 10k from what goes to the game now, would be different if this was 62k ground like Spurs.

Maybe a Park and Ride service every 20 minutes could be introduced by Albert Dock for matchdays?

Ian Byrne is at Goodison most weeks for the FSB. He doesn’t make a song and dance about it, he just turns up and helps.

He’s a red but he is very good people, and a much much better operator than the last Beatle off Wish

That’s not to mention his work in supporting at risk women.

I'm sorry but you've just proven my point, a typical "I show up and support this" instead of doing anything about the underlying issue.

Only just seen those comments by that bellend, blaming Everton ownership uncertainty for his own incompetence. Was only a matter of time, and hate to say it, but also bringing up Hillsborough while doing it. He knows which side his bread’s buttered.

Maybe when he saw the dock getting filled in in 2021, or the first steelwork going up in 2022, or the stadium getting bigger and bigger every day for the last 2 and a half years, maybe he could have taken some action, instead of waiting until we started put in the pitch in September 24, when he then decides a ‘fan zone’ and an application for a footbridge will probably keep ‘that lot’ quiet. Utter bellend.
