New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

It’s there mate and will be for the next 100 years, Kopites will be in envy until we pass it to them in 2135, UTFT
After the 4th reroofing of the anfield road in 2048, customers began to complain of altitude sickness, vertigo and thin air. It was decided to move nearer to the airport, which fans had long been clamouring for, and Speke FC were born.

The new stadium web pages say this about the third test event - ‘Further information on a third test event will be communicated later in 2025’.

Has anyone heard any talk of what, and when, it might be?

Where would they go on the other sides of the ground?

Just do what Sunderland did: stick them in a museum and move on.
Well, originally I though they might put them here where the "white" strip is, but perhaps not...

It looks out of place to me, mismatched styles.

It is part of the character of Goodison, not BMD. There’s a nod to that heritage in the brickwork, which is classy. I think actively making it a very overt part of a brand new stadium would be too far and would be for nostalgia reasons only.
Yeah, from a design perspective, it would clash.

When the internal fit-out is complete, the new stadium will have more in common with a space ship than Goodison. And that's how it should be. New start, new club.

Maybe.

There's the consideration the club have to bear in mind, I suppose, about what happened to other major clubs that moved ground. It required the 'Arsenalification' of the Emirates with all the trappings of old stadium like the Clock End clock etc making the journey.

However, that was a soulless bowl and generic in comparison with ours.

It's not Goodison and we dont want it to be. We've sung for years about the Royal Blue Mersey and this is what it's like in reality.

Sing with me:

There's going to be no anomie for the EFC! 🎼
