Joleon-Lescott

Lescott is an utter tvvat. It was the manner of his exit that annoyed people. His attitude in the Arsenal game before he left was disgraceful. Can't ever forgive him and wouldn't have him back.

At least Pienaar was willing to honour the contract that he signed. The w@nker Lescott signed a massive contract and the spat his dummy out 12 months later and sulked like a b!tch until he got what he wanted.

To be honest I have to agree with the fact that Lescott was not an evertonian, we got a lot of money for him and he served us well for 95% of the time. It was just how it all came about which spoiled it.

he did no more wrong then pienaar did.
lescott forced his move (but who wouldnt in those circumstances) while pienaar let his contract run down and fu**ed us that way.

at least we got big money for lescott, unlike pienaar.

Absolute bollocks. Pienaar played his heart out every game in an Everton shirt, even the game against Spurs the season that he left he gave 100%. We didn't offer him enough money, and he went to Spurs for more money and what he thought would be a chance to play in Europe.

Lescott isn't even comparable. He sulked and moaned until he got his big pay day, that was all it was about for him from the get go because at the time City were not challenging for the top 4, never mind the title. They finished 10th the season before he left, and were somewhere around 7th when he went to them.

He did. Before the Arsenal thrashing Lescott said that he didn't want to play the game, and that he wanted to move. Because of a lack of players Moyes had no choice but to play a disinterested player at the heart of his defence which consequently resulted in us shipping a load of goals.

Pienaar was a saint in comparison.

There are players who have wanted out (some of whom are still at our club) and didn't act like that.

That 'bout sums it up. We've had players leave who we don't hate -- it's not that he left it's the way he did it. Probably worse than Rooney (not as big a deal of course because of the relative status of the players and the relative status of the club at those different times) and Lescott doesn't have the "I was 18" excuse.

Says a lot about the team they've assembled there with Man City that United took our Wayne (not to mention were the fashionable team to hate for us all for decades) and yet I don't know many Evertonians (don't know any actually although I'm sure some contrary [Poor language removed] will pop up here now) who want City to win the league over United.

I want United to win the league because if City do it just proves that you can win the league by spunking hundreds of millions on individual players. City have been found out this second half of the season, which makes me very happy.

It wasn't leaving for a better team that was disrespectful. It was the way he did it and the things he said.

I don't know anyone who hates Arteta.
