I never understood anyone defending him this season when all they could do was point to last season in his defence.

We would have gone down in that first season so he gets thanks and acknowledgement for last season. Once expectations increased though he was buggered.

I’ve got to admit it’s hilarious that Moyes feels he has to take pity on Dyche after every game must be so humiliating to have a fellow manager head pat you like a child that’s just finished last in an egg an spoon race. It’s the taking part that counts Sean.

Did the task he was asked for, ensure premier league status, once at the last day, the 2nd time pretty comfortably.

But now it's time to move us up on table, season for season, and it was more than obvious Dyche couldn't do that.
