Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I am utterly freezing. Cannot get heat into me at all. I am just relieved it’s this weekend I take sick and not next as I’m for Galway.

I watched Fulham beat Leicester from under my duvet and it was good viewing. The crowd have really turned on Ruud Van N but surely they couldn’t sack him! Could they?
Get well soon AT hope the news that Dyche is on way to Leicester to replace Ruud cheers you up. Only joking but could you imagine the fume if he kept them up.

I was like that last weekend. Absolutely freezing, felt sick and totally exhausted. I went to bed at about 8.30pm on Saturday night. It only seemed to last 24 hours so hopefully yours will be the same.

Hello everybody. I hope ypu ate all having a lovely day. I did overtime this morning and have been home alone this afternoon. Its been quite nice just chilling on my own. Tomorrow we are going out to daughter's hotel - they are starting a pudding club and the boss really wants it to work so she's given us and some of our friends a freebie to make up the numbers! You get to try 7 puddings then you have to vote on your favourite. Apparently you get a certificate at the end. It should be fun and something different. Mr F is hoping sticky toffee pudding is included. I'm more of a jam roly poly girl!
On Wednesday I'm having a spa day with Charlotte and Sophie(daughter in law) . Charlotte didn't want a baby shower so we have decided to do this instead. I'm looking forward to it. We are staying at the hotel on Tuesday night. It's looking like a fun week.
Have a lovely evening folks x
On first reading I took as an entirely different sort of pudding club.

Evening everyone. Supposed to be going out this evening, our friends’ band is playing in the pub round the corner from us. Trouble is they aren’t on until 9.00 and a combination of a week of early mornings, school runs, a cold evening and advancing years means we CBA turning out at that late, I used to think 9.00 pm was early evening now it’s late, when did that happen?

My bedtimes are creeping earlier and earlier but no shame in it.

A 9pm start means a 9.30pm start if it’s anything like here.

I don’t know but it’s happened to me too 😮.

Dyche on the phone : “ So I go down the M1 past Nottingham , and if I get to Rugby I’ve gone too far . Don’t worry , I can get a tune out of 39 year olds, Vardy will be easy. Me and Steve Stone will see you tomorrow.”

Good morning all on this clear morning ,plenty of stars out and not too chilly .I hope @Armaghtoffee feels a bit better this morning ,may I thank you all for making me feel better ,well not so old going by the posts on the last page I am ageing normally and not in steep decline as I thought . My night sometimes get a bit earlier but I try to get up between 6 and 7 to start the day .I got my latest test results back yesterday and although I haven't deciphered them yet it seems all is well as it is three months to the next ones .
If I pop my clogs and it is not due to this cancer I am trying to donate my body to research ,if I have had it since chilhood , yet it never became aggressive then I might finally be of use !! in finding out why it didn't and perhaps help them find a cure .
I think Leicester wouldn't have enough wingers for Dyche but I suppose he could and would give Vardy a try there .Have a great day all COYB

Morning all, great news about your test results @blue1948. Another exciting day today at GP. I’m hoping we might see something a little different today but I am not really expecting much. One of the guys I work with is an acquaintance of Moyes, so he says, and he was absolutely astounded that I could be anything other than overjoyed at his return, or indeed that the whole of the fan base shouldn’t be grateful. I did explain my reasons but it didn’t go down well.
Have a great Sunday everyone 💙

I'm with you on the Moyes re-appointment Val. I'm totally underwhelmed . I'm not saying it's a bad choice, it's probably very sensible but it's hardly going to excite the fan base.

Having said that I play ping pong against a massive blue last week and he was totally made up , believes Moyes played some of the best football he's seen at Goodison so I guess we all see things very differently.

One things for sure , today's match against a totally out of form Spurs is absolutely vital. Our relegation rivals continue to present us with opportunities by losing , we just have to take advantage.

Anyway apart from the match I've got to do some painting ( which I hate - where's @fandjango when you need him 😂).

Have a lovely day everyone.
