Made homemade chicken korma. Have to say it turned out great.

Made a moussaka and Greek side salad. Took most the afternoon but worth it. Ice cold white wine to wash it down with.

Sadly no M&S where I live …… I have however found … in home bargain of all places…. Albert Bartlett chips … I’m not overly keen on fat chunky chips so these are just fine for me.
