Luke Garbutt returnsApparently he was with Thelwell, watching the City v Salford match
Literally before your eyes! Everton - took him 4 years to stabilize us. Took him 4 years to build West Ham's team. Failed at Utd, Sociedad & Sunderland as he didn't get his normal 3-4 years. Took the Michael by talking to Utd and agreeing his contract whilst Everton manager then denied doing it. As for balance you seem to want a whitewash!Where are the examples of him taking ages to build teams? If you’re including his first tenure here, he worked off a shoe string budget for 11/12 years. Not his fault.
What he did at West Ham was pretty impressive. Something I’m sure 99% of us fans would snap your arm for in comparison to our last 5 years.
Took the Michael over how he joined Utd? How? He’d been with us 12 years. At the time Utd were the biggest club in the world. Alex Ferguson essentially picked him! How do you say no to that?
I sound like his biggest fan (genuinely im not) But there needs to be some balance added to this debate, as some of this stuff being said is just so OTT…l
