Yeah he has my full support, as does any Everton manager not named Rafael Benitez, just an uninspiring signing. I do know we need someone to bring stability and actually rebuild and he has shown that he's somewhat capable of doing that, but is he capable of doing it with a DoF, and a different structure, and everything? Time will tell, but I sure hope so!
Moyes will have a big say in signings!

I remember the absolute fume at that game.

And I'm sure Osman snapped one of their players and the rage aimed at the injured feller being carried past the gwaldys was almost comical

Felt like an out of body experience that came, genuinely kept expecting to wake up from a dream at any moment. Most surreal feeling I’ve had at a football match.

Anyway, welcome Moist. Hopefully you can save us from the car crash that Snothead has left and then depart in 6-18 months time.

Yeah exactly, so hopefully he finds/has found a way to coexist with a DoF structure as well. No idea what West Ham have in place, but he's got a good track record of getting odd-ish players on paper to play to their strengths - players like Soucek bundling in ~10 goals a year from midfield is something we've not had for a while, even though we're short on players like that right now.

He had us up the table most years. Times have changed in meantime. Clubs have been bought and money spent and teams strengthened. We didn't. But a top stadium has been built. Moyes to his credit has an eye for a bargain and we will need that.

Wouldn't it be great for some midtable mediocrity for a couple years without worries and then drive on.
'great' might be overstating it; 'mildly disappointing', perhaps. Better than the 'excruciating' We've become accustomed to.
