But it was a great achievement as a man manager and motivator. He’s still a crap football manager.

You do know that man management and motivational skills are absolutely integral to being a football manager? In fact, in the modern era of directors of football, data analysts and even average players being extremely wealthy, man management and motivation are arguably two of the most important attributes a manager can have.

How can you argue this… it’s all come round to a similar thought process. There has been a dust up for the ages but now the dust has settled we are at one.

@Lob and @matty1878 are now fully paid up dychettes. Nsno-Chris has taken leave for a while because he only comes out when we are in doing badly.

The Dychette party is happy to concede that dyche can be moved on if suitable investment and top draw manager in place. Or if we start to cut a drift in the relegation zone.

Dyche gets to leave in January or the end of the season with his head held high, and be hailed as man of an era, that kept us in place against all odds for the new dawn* to come.

* New dawn comes… looks a lot like the day before. And new battle lines are drawn.

Tbh it’s been nothing compared to the Martinez days. Plotters v Cult, I was actually on the other side to Davek in that one. That was brutal.

It was much more fun back then though, quality of the opponent was better, now it’s just a load of crybots in their Mum’s boxroom making up conspiracy theories and getting hysterical when you point it out.

Dyche is purposefully injuring players he doesn’t like and faking the return to fitness timeframes for those he doesn’t like

Onana was mainly used as a sub because Dyche didn’t want him

Keane will never be dropped from the team, he’s Dyche’s favourite

He’s lost the players, a source close to Finch Farm told me

He’ll never play the new signings, ok he’ll never play McNeil central, ok but he’ll never play Ndiaye central

Omg he touched his head in a press conference again, he said the word grass!! There he is going on about being premier league fit, he hates the fans!!’

We only won games because we decided to

It will be ‘beyond a miracle’ if we stay up….FFS why are people calling him a miracle worker?!!!

Honestly some of the lowest quality nonsense I’ve come across on here

Meanwhile Sean Dyche has completed the job. In Jan 23 if you could have signed a deal that he’d keep us up that season, survive two point deductions the next season with 48 points, and deliver us to new owners all whilst the club turned a transfer profit every year, every single one of you would have signed it and you know you would.

Now all you crybots are safe in the premier league football Ivory towers Sean Dyche built for you you’re on your soap boxes wanging on 24/7 about how you’re not entertained and ‘it’s not my NSNO’ because you’ve been overly triggered by something you heard on talksport or got told to think by Carragher or Neville.

The next new manager debate had better be an improvement on this one. Jason Cundy and Jamie O’Hara being cited as credible sources ffs, what a low point.

Wowzers!!!!!!!

Was about to comment but dont really know were to start so il just leave it.

It's hilarious he bemoans the quality of the arguments of others when he puts something out like that. I really do enjoy his misplaced rage, the forum wouldn't be the same without it.
I’m starting to understand why chico does what he does. I could have written the script for the responses I got today and I was posting a genuine post about how crap the manager is.

Another week passes with this born loser in the dugout.

Its a shame our fans cant go the game with any hope or to be entertained.
Instead we just have to endure us chasing Chelsea around the pitch for 90 mins in the hope we get fouled in or around their box or get a deflection for a corner.

5 mil a year for that!!!

We’re 3 points off the relegation zone so this theory doesn’t make sense.

Very few are content with that sadly.

Its where we are as a squad apparently, nothing to do with the manager, everyone is at their maximum performance.

I've not seen anybody saying that. I'm on record as saying I think we're underachieving by about 3/4 points.

That's the crux of the matter. Me and the dychette's think we're underachieving, but not massively, and that he bought himself time by pulling us out of that early season spiral.

The out camp seem to think we should have won about 3 or 4 games more, which would see us either joint eighth (3 more wins) or joint 5th (4 more wins.) Are they realistic expectations with this squad?

You don’t think we could have beaten Leicester, saints and Brentford?

I think we should of won 3-4 games more

Bournemouth 2-0 up with 5 mins to go
Southampton away (Awful)
West Ham away (Maybe)
Brentford at home (They had 10 men)
Villa Away (A point at least) 2 goals up

With the run of games we had yes we should be further up, this league is so tight that only an extra win and a draw is the difference between 15-16th and 7th-8th.

This is why finishing comfortably mid table with this squad should be easily achievable.
