I don't really want to vault individual people because they're not being arsey to me so I'm not going to be to them, but I have had conversations with posters over the last couple of days who I know definitely said those things.Who said that pal?

Nothing certain, until the takeover is completed, mate.Rumours that when the takeover is finally made official that they want to offer Dyche a contract extension.
The thing is I doubt Roma were in a relegation scrap when they took over. Totally different situation at EvertonNothing certain, until the takeover is completed, mate.

Everton takeover: What to expect from The Friedkin Group as exciting new Toffees era approaches
The Friedkin Group are on track to become the new Everton owners before Christmas, with the approval process and takeover expected to be approved this week.www.teamtalk.com
FFS, don't give us a heart attack!
Of course you canYou can't blame Dyche for repeatedly passing the ball to the opposition players or having the touch of a feckin giraffe.
I'm hoping that article is the usual TeamTalk guff, because if not it appears our manager options are Dyche, Southgate or Moyes! Hardly a new dawn with those characters.Nothing certain, until the takeover is completed, mate.

It might be better to hold our nose and let him see out his contract. A preseason with a mini squad rebuild going into a new stadium under new ownership would be a far more attractive job than a relegation scrap. We simply cannot give him a new contract though. We would definitely lose our first few home games at the new stadium under Dyche because that's how he always starts seasonsI'm hoping that article is the usual TeamTalk guff, because if not it appears our manager options are Dyche, Southgate or Moyes! What, they get paid millions and don't practice touching and kicking the ball.Of course you can
If they don't practice it they won't be good at it
One thing is for sure, nothing's set in stone yet.I'm hoping that article is the usual TeamTalk guff, because if not it appears our manager options are Dyche, Southgate or Moyes! Hardly a new dawn with those characters.
They get paid millions to practice what the manager and coaches get them to do. They don't practice intricate passing and close control the way other teams do. You only have to watch how we play to see what they spend most of their time doing. I'm pretty sure if you or I were on a pitch against them they'd seem untouchable, but in comparison to other clubs it's obvious they don't spend as much time on it.What, they get paid millions and don't practice touching and kicking the ball.
Ok pal. Thanks for explaining.I don't really want to vault individual people because they're not being arsey to me so I'm not going to be to them, but I have had conversations with posters over the last couple of days who I know definitely said those things.
Probably based on the fact that Ancelotti won bundles of trophies with better players and Lampard spent his career playing with top teams and thought it might be a factor, with him being somewhat of an unknown quantity too. Turns out Lampard just isn't a great coach despite being likeable. Most fans agreed with his sacking when it came btw and Dyche has weathered far worse runs than Lampard without losing his job. There are posters on here who said Lampard and Ancelotti couldn't possibly be expected to get results with the players we have and there was no way they could follow tactical instructions or play on the front foot because of how limited they are, who now seem to have the complete opposite opinion, despite the squad being quite clearly worse. Almost as if it's down to preconceptions and how likeable they find the manager more than anything else.
If this wasn't the case then no club would bother employing a manager.Of course you can
If they don't practice it they won't be good at it
