Colin Chong wrote to us shareholders about 10 days ago to say we would receive a letter asking us to vote. As you say it's a formality. The letter hasn't landed yet though ,at least not in my case.

Mate, there was a firm deal in place, subject to financial and PL approval, all of which are done. The deal is always down to such legalities, but usually no option to pull out without significant cost, unless the approvals were not achieved.

On the takeover, the deal is agreed for the 94.1% and signed, otherwise we would not have got this far. Agreement of other shareholders is a formality, albeit a possible 14 day delay, but unlikely to be needed.

They’ll have my vote for sure, I’m pretty certain the 200+ members of the Shareholders association will support it too, we all want what is best for the club, wouldn’t mind an AGM as well.

Mr Naive here... what's the minimum needed to be a shareholder?!

Very well know attention seeker on the old twitters. Puts himself forward as an ITK, but hardly gets a thing right. When something doesn’t go his way he deletes all of his old tweets. He has been saying since September that he knows that there isn’t a chance of the takeover happening. My guess is he’ll be down for some time deleting all of those posts

People like him can't help themselves. He'll be back saying that approval was under false pretences and TFG fuming they've been misled. Better to just laugh at it all now.
