According to who? Ok we shall see. People have predicted we would be relegated 3 seasons running for certain, and last time I checked, we haven't been relegated like.
Yeah but you’re never relegated until you are. Dyche famed for keeping clubs in PL relegated effectively twice. Allardyce had the tag of never having been relegated until he was. We shouldn’t look at the past too much to predict safety. We have to deal with the here and now and which way the wind looks to be blowing? If I’m a betting man, I’d say we won’t be relegated but we can’t be complacent and the current concerns are very valid.

I mean for the record Dyche was relegated once. In like 9 seasons. He's a very track record.

And we should always avoid complacency, but 1 defeat in 8 games, a very good defensive record with players returning puts us in a good position.

I'm not sure I would refer to 2 wins by December, less than a point a game, and less than a goal a game, as being in a "good position".

It's a comparatively good position, with players to return. Better than any of the last 3 seasons in my view, where we stayed up.

We have lost 1 game in 8. Unfortunately we are paying the penalty for a bad start, not the more recent games.

And by comparison, I am using the previous 3 seasons, where we didn't get relegated. Our position is better.

I don't really agree, but we'll know in 4 weeks when we've played a number of very tough games.

Less than a point and less than a goal a game from these fixtures, has been way below acceptable standards IMO

And the style of football is not helping at all - unwatchable football with a terrible safety first mentality.

I would be surprised if the first thing ownership do is something other than reviewing the managerial position.

I agree we have underperformed.

The question is more are we in deep trouble. We can have underperformed and not be in deep trouble, as with the last 3 seasons (or as bad trouble).

Id agree we should have more points though.

Ok, so however bad we have been, having lost our first 4 games, they have been worse?

Would you be able to share with me who has conceded more goals? As we know avoiding conceding lots of goals effectively keeps you up.
No sorry not that big on stats. All I really care about is winning games. I rather win 4-3 than draw 0-0. But while we're on the subject of stats, not scoring enough goals effectively relegates you.

Ok. I'm kinda big on stats, as sides who ship loads of goals get relegated, whereas sides who are better defensively don't.

I'm happy to be corrected on who has conceded more of us V wolves.
