I like the way the last remaining defence of him is “we can’t afford to sack him because I’ve made up a figure that it’ll cost us”. That is always the death knell that spells the end.

For it to cost 10m, with 6 months left on contracts, the management and back room staff would need to be on about 20m a year !

Then who pays for it? Ultimately an individual or individuals , as owner(s) of a corporation, pay for it.

It’s the same. Either TFG pays him through gardening leave or Moshiri pays him for the sacking. Either way, Moshiri will get less money.

If he's still employed by the club that will be on the wage bill.
He's getting paid either way.
