Drove down last time and parked at Watford train station without a problem

Not sure wether to get the train this time so i can drink, or drive again

Right lads need help when it comes to train travel, what are the best work arounds to avoid high fares and queuing?

Buy in advance ideally NOW.
We're gonna be a 1245 KO, get on thetrainline.com
Bookyourself on the 0748 or 0848 at latest to Euston OR, get on a train which stops at Watford Junction and off at Wembley Central.

Edit: Just looked on Thetrainline.com

If you fancy a really early trip (departs at 0548), there is a £36 Saturday Travelcard deal, returns at 1907 and a few other times. Means £36 from Lime Street to Wembley Via London Euston.

Bit silly if we are an early kick off isnt it? Bit unfair for the north to travel down all that way!

Probably going to drive down i think looking at the prices

I agree completely...

But the way the police are gonna look at it is, 65,000+ Scousers (debatable for them mind), all on the ale, being rival for a tea time KO, meaning all day on the Ale, there will be trouble..
Bank on this being a 1245, unfair or not... when do you ever see a merseyside derby ko on a saturday at any other time than 1245, they wouldnt dream of 5.15

Book for an early one mate, if you look at the thing i posted, the terms are simple..

I realise it's an early start mind, but for £36 you cant complain
