I have no clue how US elections work but is there a simple explanation for a novice why a higher turnout is bad for Trump? Who knows where the additional votes are going

Philadelphia voted for Biden in 2020 (and big urban centres are generally Democratic votes). Big turnout in Philly increases Harris chance of winning the state
