Sorry if I’ve missed an explanation, but does anyone know what the surface pipe work is on the south end of the East stand?
Something to die with the siphonic drainage / issue with the indoor waterfall the other week?

I think I prefer the one on the right. There's regeneration and then there's trying to make a quick buck off the back of the Everton stadium with a cheapo building.

What is cheap about it? They're regenerating a Grade 2 listed building alongside a derelict piece of brownfield land. It will be far from cheap.

It looks cheap. It looks like a value engineered box with some brick cladding.

How can it lead to capacity issues?

Was obviously in an enhanced state of refreshment when I was there as have no recollection!

As Jayblue said, I meant capacity issues at certain bars / areas of the stadium

The soundtrack, the Stadium, the sunset and the ship meandering along the river are just perfect.

How can you tell from a crappy artists sketch?

Not sure what people are expecting, it looks like it fits in well with its surroundings and historical context. A brick facade was almost a certainty and you won't find many tall buildings like this not utilising cladding over actual bricks.
